Assessments

We offer multidisciplinary evaluations and single discipline evaluations for families or agencies seeking a diagnosis, evaluation, second opinion, or specialized testing. Multidisciplinary evaluations are performed by licensed professionals including psychologist, speech/language pathologist, occupational therapist, special education or behavior specialist. 

Kaiser Permanente clients may utilize the Alta Vista Center for diagnostic evaluations and re-evaluations.  Please contact your pediatrician or Kaiser representative for further details.
