How do I enroll my child into a program at the Center?

The Alta Vista Center offers year round programs.  Enrollment is subject to our waiting list and approval from our admissions committee.  Once approved, you should complete the enrollment packet forms and send them and a $500 non-refundable deposit to the Center. You can email the forms back to info@altavista-autism.org or fax back the forms to 303-759-1194 attn: Ariel.
