Home Program Service
What is the Home Program Service?
We offer home program consultation and coordination is for children 18 months to 18 years old whose families want individualized home or community based services for their child. Our mission is to work with children and their families to create goals, teaching techniques, and adaptive behaviors that are most appropriate for each child in order for them successfully participate in home and community life.
Program Description
Treatment is provided for children with an autism spectrum disorder or with related social or communication needs and is based on many empirically supported treatments. We incorporate the discipline of applied behavior analysis and the knowledge and understanding of typical child development in creating individualized programs.
Treatment plans address cognitive and behavioral skills, with emphasize on developing positive social-emotional relationships, as well as communication, functional life skills, and adaptive behaviors. Goals and learning objectives are created in collaboration with families.
