Please note the Alta Vista Center is an approved service agency and can accept funding from community center boards and the Children’s Extensive Waiver and Family Support Program funds.  Check with your CCB case manager for further details.

We are also a contracted provider for Kaiser Permanente for assessment services.  Please talk with your Kaiser representative for further details.
